Peter Hollens is one of the most amazing, versatile singers I’ve ever seen. I’m going to post two of his videos. The first is The Parting Glass, an Irish drinking song, where he actually laid down all six tracks of the song. I think it was used in the video game Assassin’s Creed 4. The second is his version of Shenandoah. It’s from one of my favorite old movies, Shenandoah (1965) with Jimmy Stewart. I never get tired of seeing it! Or hearing it for that matter… I’m thinking he’s singing his own backup on this one, as well.
