Last week we continued our discussion about unfinished lives by pondering what keeps us from living in the moment. This week the book (Learning to Fall) wants to know if you’ve ever HAD one of those moments. Or it might have been for more than a moment…
Can you recall a time in your life
when you were able to live fully in the present moment?
How or why did that happen?
What would it take for it to happen again?
This one makes me a little nervous. I’m wondering if I’ve ever really been in that place… Or have I let past regrets and future worries zap ALL my energy for living in the moment? How about you?
As always, remember to include the link to this post on YOUR blog post. Or if your response isn’t overly long, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. And remember you can interpret the prompt however you wish: memoirs, poems, pictures, etc.
