Well we sure found out last week what all of us have in common! We all have our vulnerabilities. No surprise there, eh? 😀 Don’t know about you, but it’s always a comfort to me to find out I’m not alone in how I struggle. Thanks everyone for sharing.
Now we move on to something a little fanciful. These are the prompts I usually struggle with. Imagination seems to be something I could use a bit more of. How about you? I guess we’ll find out who does and who doesn’t!
`
`
What message just for you
is hidden in this ancient writing?
`
As always, remember to include the link to this post on YOUR blog post. Or if your response isn’t overly long, feel free to leave it in the comment section below. And please feel free to interpret the prompt however you wish: memoirs, poems, pictures, etc.
If you would like to see the previous prompts, they’re listed in the menu at the top of the blog in The Sandbox Writing Challenge 2018. But please feel free to just jump in wherever we are at the moment! After all, the prompts are really for YOU to get to know YOURSELF.
So put on your tin foil thinking hat — no, wait! That’s for keeping aliens away! 😮 — or whatever hat you put on when you write, and tell us what message you see crafted especially for you!

Oh I like your invitation above this comment line. We’re gonna need a big rock, a long spell and a pitcher of cold drinks to tell you unload the colors in my mind. ^_^ Thank you for the follow. Ivor told me about you. Your blog looks cool. I am a NaNo 2017 and 2007 winner (and “trier” the years in between). I completely forgot about camp until I saw your win (congrats). ♥.

First thought that came into my mind is “go to the interstate, Ben Stone” which is a quote from “Doc Hollywood” 😀

LOL! Now how in the world did you come up with that, Fim?

Mr. Quantum and I play this game on a daily basis. One of us will see something that brings a quote to mind from a movie we’ve seen. Remember, we have wheel movies, which means we watch them every year. You can’t help remembering lines from movies you’ve seen every year for 15 to 20 years. “Doc Hollywood” is a recent addition to our list because we have enjoyed it so much every time we see it. That quote is one of the lines which just fits so many thoughts during a day or a week, or a…”what comes after that?” (quote from Mason in ‘Dead Like Me’)… see? it just works like that. One thing leads to another. 😀

Good one Calen, I think I can handle this one. I’ll see what I can come up with, I’m struggling for time, Ivor’s been busy being an old plumber lately.

Playing plumber again because you’re bored, you need the money, you think too much when there’s time on your hands, or just favors? How long since you’ve done that?

Haha, Seems like I never stop, but I’d rather be home writing. 😊 People always pay me for my services, they know how poor I am 😔. Although I must admit my body’s is feeling the aches these days. I’ve only been able to be a part time plumber, I suppose it’s 35 years now…. Wow 😆😆🤗😉

I bet you DO ache! 35 years is lot of crawling around on your needs. It’s hard on a person’s body. My sister’s husband Greg (with the cancer) was an electrician. Same crawling around!
