Have been talking with Linda at Spiritual Dragonfly this morning about how I’ve just wanted to sleep and sleep more and more lately. I think it’s a form of escapism. And, as she said, mental tiredness. This whole political climate since Friday night here in the state is taking a toll on me.
Then I stopped by Safar’s blog at Blisters, Bunions & Blarney and found this little video she posted from Denmark. I LOVED it. I want the whole world to see it. Can’t help but post it on here. It’s exactly what I feel…

I think we’re all feeling undone by everything that’s going on because it really affects the world. It takes a mental AND emotional toll on us all. Well maybe.

Some days I find my self nodding off at like 7 at night. Normally, I’m up until midnight.I swear I’m turning into a vampire!
On a more serious note… the current political climate is enough to keep anyone awake with fear. It seems that’s all anyone, myself included, can talk about. I think we have seen the worst yet. All we can do is pray for our nation and get out and VOTE in two years.

I’m praying that something is done to stop the insanity before then. There is a conflict of interest with his businesses. The only Muslim countries he didn’t ban are the ones where he has business interests. Bran says that’s an impeachable offense. I don’t think Mike Pence would be nearly as reactive as Trump, nor pron to “alternative facts” like him.
